you caught me
sliding into the edge of a dream
mumbling soft-spoken words
of a frail, half-forgotten life
and as you watch me, quiet
a smile flirting vaguely around your lips
i have to wonder
at how jealous my dreamself would be
to know i have you here |
. . . . . . . .
|
"always makes me smile"
